How can corporate allow this joke to keep its franchise license? Horrendous from its food to its staff attitude, to its premises . The line up from people complaining was longer than those ordering. It's really unbelievable! KFC has lost me for good , after many bad experiences with KFC , we're done. Goodbye colonel , get help.
Over all the place has gotten better but they still don't seem to be able to get an order correct. I paid extra to have 3 wings, 3 ribs, 1 breast and 1 leg. I received 3 thighs, 3 legs, 1 rib, 1 breast. Not even close to what I had ordered. The order was processed quickly which is nice but I would rather they take an extra minute or two and make sure that when I get home I get what I ordered.
